About the Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties including picking, packing, box making, palletizing, material handling, cross-docking, and quality assurance activities.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

The following duties represent the primary responsibilities of this role and should not be considered an all-inclusive list:

• Perform quality inspections on outgoing shipments
• Pick, pack, and handle materials for customer orders
• Process packages for shipment including packaging, labeling, stacking, and palletizing
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Participate in quality improvement processes
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Familiarity with shipping practices and material handling methods preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and willingness to learn
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Flexibility to work across multiple entry-level warehouse functions
• Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• One to two years of related warehouse experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Continually required to stand and walk
• Frequently required to sit
• Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl
• Occasionally required to lift, push, or carry items up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment such as dollies, electric dollies, and pallet jacks

Schedule

This position is typically Monday through Friday. Additional hours or weekend work may be required during peak operational periods.
