We Ship Express is a growing nationwide warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics company supporting customers in the wine, beer, and spirits industry. As our business continues to expand, we are adding full-time Warehouse Associate II | Forklift Operators to our Napa/American Canyon team.

This position combines general warehouse responsibilities with forklift operation, shipping and receiving, and inventory support. We are looking for experienced warehouse professionals who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working across multiple areas of warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

Warehouse Associate II | Forklift Operators support daily warehouse operations by performing the full range of warehouse responsibilities while also operating forklifts to safely receive, move, and ship products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, unload, stack, and stage products
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive and unload incoming products
• Package, label, stack, palletize, and prepare products for shipment
• Place products in designated warehouse locations, including racks, shelves, and staging areas
• Secure palletized products using strapping, stretch wrap, and other protective materials
• Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate physical inventory
• Verify shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Perform general warehouse functions including picking, packing, box making, palletizing, material handling, cross-docking, and quality assurance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and operating practices
• Participate in quality and process improvement activities
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Prior forklift operating experience required
• Two to five years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, material handling, or related experience preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse shipping practices and procedures
• Ability to safely load, unload, stage, and move products throughout the warehouse
• Reliable team member with strong attendance and work ethic
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of warehouse functions as operational needs change
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequently required to use hands and finger dexterity
• Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, or climb
• Ability to lift, push, or carry items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
